Congrats senior, you’ve been chosen! Being chosen is a huge honor and even bigger opportunity. As a senior ambassador not only will you receive free perks such as exclusive referral credits, digital files, prints, and products, but you will also receive additional complimentary themed sessions (3 Styled Shoots throughout the year) $600 Value.
The reason that you were chosen is because of your outgoing personality, unique style, academic achievements, and participation in church, community service, and school activities.
I will only be accepting 4-5 ambassadors in the Cincinnati area for my Senior 2024 Model Program. So, take a deep breath, let it all in, and truly enjoy this accomplishment. For The Student
By joining my program, you will be an official Ambassador for the Class of 2024. You were chosen because of your outgoing personality, your involvement in extra-curricular activities & your willingness to go the extra mile by getting involved in school clubs & social events. Your senior portraits should reflect your personality. For each session, we will discuss theme, coordinate makeup, hair, and outfit choices. For example, If you play a sport, you’d bring in your uniform. If you play an instrument, bring that in.
Scheduling Your Session
You must schedule your first senior portrait session before by November 30th and have your first session completed by
Dec 15, 2024. I curate a variety of creative themes for each senior ambassador, which will be different for each session. Your senior portraits should reflect your personality. For each session, we will discuss theme, coordinate makeup, hair, and outfit choices, and most importantly, PROPS! For example, If you play a sport, you’d bring in your uniform. If you play an instrument, bring that in.
For The Parents
Your child's senior year of high school can be very expensive. You will have fees for tests, graduation, announcements, invitations, cap and gown, yearbooks and ads in them, college applications, prom and of course, senior photos, along with so much more. Exposure Best Photography is giving you the opportunity to save some money by allowing your child to become a Senior Ambassador for my studio and you will receive up to 3 complimentary sessions and potentially earn free prints, products, studio credits and even up to $100 visa gift cards for referral incentives.
After Your Session
After each session, I'll meet with you to review your proofs. You'll receive Senior Ambassador cards, which are business cards with your name, & my studio information for you to hand out to your friends and other Seniors. When a referral books an appointment using your ambassador card, they will receive $25 off any package selection & a complimentary studio cap & gown session! In turn, you are eligible to receive different referral incentives including print credits & you even have the option of earning $100 visa gift cards to spend however you would like!
Be The Face of Exposure Best Photography!
Being a member of Exposure Best Photography Senior Model team means that you and your images are the best representation of me and my business! You'll have the chance to be published in print, online advertising, and, of course, your images will be featured on my website and shared on social media. Past models have been featured on national magazines such as Lensational, Voyage Ohio, and Cincinnati Style Magazine!
How Much Does The Program Cost?
The program fee for Class of 2024 is $350, and includes your full senior year experience from Fall through graduation. You will receive 3 sessions for the price of one, in addition to free prints after each session, all with signature editing, plus, promotional products. Please Read Session Details: This session comes with 5 High Resolution Images with a limited printing release up to (and including) 5x7. Your session also comes with a Free image consultation before each session and a 90 minute gallery reveal after each session, where you are able to purchase a collection of prints, digitals, and products as well as any you'd like a la carte.
How Do I Earn Free Stuff?
Your friends must mention your name when booking their session for you to get credit. This is made easier if they bring your card to their session. They'll get the free offer, you'll get credit (in case they forgot to mention you when booking)! Because we're working together, our studio never competes with its Senior Ambassadors! If a senior mentions another ad during booking but brings in your card, you get the credit. We will also give you credit if someone mentions you when booking another type of session (Family, Maternity, etc.) We know you're working hard for us and we want to reward hard work!!! As you accumulate referrals, you earn FREE photo products and prints! What you can earn: 1 referral = $25 Studio Credit 5 referrals = $125 Studio Credit, PLUS a FREE Senior Album! [a $395 value] 10 referrals = $125 Studio Credit, PLUS Get a FREE Senior Album! [a $395 value], PLUS, A $100 Visa Gift Card In Addition, Every 5 referrals after 10 get another $100 Gift Card!
What Are My Next Steps?
Talk it over with your parents and make sure they're on board, and then fill out the Senior Model Application. Hopefully you are just what we are looking for! If so, you will be contacted to schedule a (virtual) meeting with you and your parents so we can get to know each other better and go over the details of the Senior Ambassador Program.
What Is Required To Get Started?
A signed photography agreement & paid $125 retainer are required to secure your date. The session fee covers my time as a photographer. Physical products and digital files are purchased separately. Additionally, I'll tag you with studio branded photos on Facebook & Instagram. This requires you to like my Facebook & IG pages so I can tag your photos (see bottom of page for direct social links) A parent or legal guardian is required to book your ambassador session and schedule a 15 minute phone or in person consultation, so that I know that they are fully aware of your intentions of representing Exposure Best Photography. It's a good idea to have your parents be friends on Facebook, IG, and Twitter, so I can tag them as well. This will help you get more friends to bring in your Rep Cards. Whichever Senior Ambassador has the most Rep Cards brought in by their friends by April 30th, 2024 will win a prize!
