Exposure Best Photography provides specialized “school days” programs tailored for daycare centers, preschools, and private schools. These programs cater to children aged 6 months up to 12 years and include a variety of services designed to meet your needs.
Tri-County Preschool Portraits
I bring all the necessary equipment for Portrait Day & deliver the portraits to the school for use in yearbooks, school IDs, promotions, and more.
I collaborate directly with the school to tailor a fully customized photography experience, including staff portraits, full class photos, managing all parent and family inquiries regarding portraits, orders, and products, easing the workload for the school and teachers so they can focus on what matters most.
In addition, I personally deliver parents’ orders to the school for easy distribution.

We begin with a quick consultation to discuss your school’s needs, schedule, and class sizes, ensuring a smooth and personalized Portrait Day. I work closely with your team to create a solid plan—and a backup—so everything runs seamlessly. Sessions are held indoors with a clean, boutique setup or outdoors in natural light, focusing on modern, authentic portraits (no cheesy backgrounds!). Afterward, parents receive digital access to view and order—no paperwork or hassle for the school.
Parents Info:
Parents receive a simple info packet (by email or sent home) with tips on outfits, ordering details, and how to get kids excited for Portrait Day. This helps them feel prepared and confident.
About 1–3 weeks after photos are taken, families get a link to their private gallery to view and order. I handle all questions directly, and once orders are ready, I personally deliver them to the school.
How Much Does This Cost?
There is no cost to the school directly – unless staff portraits/etc are requested.
There are no upfront fees to parents; I offer print collections to fit everyone’s needs.
How The Process Works

Before Portrait Day
I provide digital and print marketing materials for you to share with families before Picture Day. A few days prior, I confirm the setup details and start time.
With class rosters, I handle gallery links—no extra admin needed on your end. Just get ready for a fun and easy Picture Day!

During Portrait Day
I arrive with at least one team member and set up 30 minutes before start time, bringing all necessary gear including wipes, single-use combs, blankets, and disinfectant.
We follow all school guidelines, photograph every child (unless told otherwise), and happily include sibling photos if requested—all while keeping the experience fun and relaxed.

After Portrait Day
Parents get a secure gallery link by email, along with a unique access code for the website. All orders are placed online, with free school delivery for purchases made within the first 14 days.
Photo packages, prints, and digital files are available—digital downloads are sent within 20 minutes.
